parole. A man by the name of Cody Woodson Clemp, 67 years old, he's from Marino Valley. He was granted

parole earlier this month by the state parole board. It is California's elderly parole program.

Prisoners 50 or older are eligible for parole hearings that they served 20 continuous years of their sentence.

Then they have to determine whether or not they're suitable for release.

Prior to 2021, the elderly parole program enacted in 2018 was parole review for inmates 60 or older who have served 25 years.

a terrible and horrendous story, and not only did he sexually assault our guest numerous times,

This case, we're talking about a jury convicted him.
