And a brand new poll that came out this week from the Southern California News Group

does have Rick Caruso ahead of Karen Bass by three percentage points among likely voters.

Roughly 40 to 37 with 23% undecided.

That's a big difference than what the L.A. Times was selling about a month ago.

We're good.

You must be feeling good after that poll came out yesterday, huh?

Is that what you're feeling on the campaign that people have been warming up more and more to your message?

Well, I think what's happening, yeah, I do feel good. I feel great, actually. And I'm all over

the city every day from the top to the bottom of it. And what I am hearing is people are more

focused now on the election. We're getting close for 19 days away.

And so I think that's being reflected in the polls.

And they're agreeing with my message.

Listen, everybody's living the same problems in this city.
