although they weren't all in Stockton but using ballistics and going back in some period of time,

they had determined that it looked like the same person was killing people, often in the early

morning hours, and the man they arrested was driving through the streets of Stockton with a gun,

possibly searching for another victim.

So if they're right, they may have stopped a potential next murder.

Remember, the only thing they put out was surveillance video of a guy sort of from behind walking on the street and he was wearing

and apparently they began to surveil a man by the name of wesley brownlee a 43-year-old man

from stockton and sure enough when they him, he was dressed in all black.
