Well, we now bring you to one of the favorite punching bags

that began in 2020 on the John and Ken show.

Up until then, we weren't really much aware of her barbara ferre uh the leic county health director uh will swam

is columnist president of the california policy center uh he ran an opinion column they did in the

orange county register where he talks about a lawsuit against bar Ferrer and her L.A. County Health

Department. It's a filing by an attorney named Julie Hamill. She's with the Alliance of Los Angeles

County parents. And they're suing the Department of Public Health and others, including Ferrer,

for First Amendment violations. A trial is set for October 16th.

So this is a real case, even though we're well beyond the nonsense of the pandemic.

They still think this is important for reasons that if she did this with COVID, she'll do this

with what she thinks are other public health emergencies.
