savings and nearly half are falling deeper into debt because of

rising inflation. The chance of a recession is now 47% over the next year. There we go. This is what

we wondered because over the last couple of years, a lot of people have quit jobs, right? They've

made changes in their lives and we're wondering what they're living off of and now uh apparently we're finding

out with inflation not much left um yeah i'm just baffled by the number of people who are on the

sidelines they're not reflected the unemployment in the unemployment numbers because they're

not looking for work right and so what are they doing there?

Why are so many businesses still short of employees?

23% said they have no emergency savings at all.

28% some savings, but not enough to cover three months.

Only 27% said they had enough savings to cover about six months worth of expenses.

So we see these surveys every now and then and this one heading towards the dire side.
