from George Gascon's directives. He should have been in state prison because he was a felon

with a strike on his record and he got caught with a gun, which is a felony. And that's what the law

says. But Gascon doesn't like that law and decided to ignore it. Yeah. And instead the guy got like 20

days, which he got time served for. And there he was. Now we also heard a report that his

probation officer was going to write him up for this problem with his wife, domestic violence.

Still, didn't put him in jail immediately, was going to wait until the hearing on June 27th. And they

probably wouldn't have put him away after the June 27th hearing anyway.
