We got a special report later on this hour about California's prisons and the plans to close

even more of them. It's one of the reasons you're seeing more crime. There were just more people

out there to do it. And they were hell-bent on doing this in Sacramento, led by Governor

Dippity-Doo, Gavin Newsom. So we'll give you the full details coming up. And speaking of the prisons, there was

kind of some good news as one evil prisoner killed another as they shared a cell.

We'll also talk about that story. That's heartwarming. Can we? Yeah, they're both evil. You can take

your pick when you hear their backgrounds, which one's more evil, the one that died or the one that killed.

But we'll talk about it.

Can we tell it twice?

It was July of 2020 when a little boy by the name of Gavin Ludwig was attacked on his way home from a neighbor's pool party.

This is out in Desert Hot Springs.

They're calling it the neighborhood called Vista Del Valle. He was attacked by a 32-year-old evil.

Wow, I'm looking at the guy's mugshot picture, too. Daniel Birch-Pulsome, 32 years old.

There was no confrontation. There was nothing.

Just a completely random attack where Polson attacked little Gavin, and he hit him with a rock.

And he fractured his skull.

We covered the story back in 2020.

We talked to Gavin's mother, Wendy, who's going to come on in just a moment with an update on the story.

But it was horrendous, a long road to recovery.

He had to be airlifted to Loma Linda Medical Center.

They eventually found the suspect hiding in the neighborhood arrested for attempted murder.

This is a person that should never see the light of day ever again in society.
