It was quite a dump today in terms of evidence concerning the case against David DePape.

David DePape is a man accused of attacking Paul Pelosi at the Pelosi home in San Francisco last October.

As you well know, he used a hammer to smash Pelosi in the head.

DePap is 42 and a big boy.

Paul Pelosi is 82 years old. He underwent emergency surgery on a

fractured skull following the attack. What also John came out apparently in the last couple of hours

is the audio of the police interview he did with, they did with DePape after the attack.
