You remember that some weeks back they instituted zero bail in Los Angeles, just to make things safer.

Samantha Jessner is the presiding judge in the LA County Superior Court.

She's in charge of this policy. She held

a virtual news conference with some other court officials to explain what's been going on with

zero bail. Corbin, tell us. Yeah, the big takeaway is they looked at the first three weeks of how this system is working,

and their determination is it's working exactly the way it was intended.

And most notably, the report, the court says, found less than 3% of people who had been

booked on suspicion of a crime were subsequently re-arrested
