in the Harvey Weinstein trial that began here in Los Angeles.

He faces a number of sex abuse and sex attack charges from several women.

And one of those is Gavin Newsom's wife.

And the attorney for Harvey Weinstein,

his name is Mark Worksman, went right after her in his opening statements. She is Jane Doe number four, and he called her a bimbo. We'll bring you all the details and his explanation and something

that is referred to as transactional sex.

Trans, you would think of a prostitute or a hooker,

but that's kind of the same idea that he's referring to here.
