And this is the complete, utter failure of the progressive justice system.

All their stupid ideas that have built upon each other over the last 12 years now.

It's been 12 years this since they started emptying the jails.

And this is what we have now.

170 smash and grab robberies in a year and a half in one county, L.A. County.

And one of the latest was Glendale, the brand, Americana at brand, the shopping center, the one Rick Caruso

owns, he was on with us this week.

And they've made their first arrest.

It happened late yesterday afternoon.
