| 1:40.3 | actually, because, you know, when people hear RICO and racketeering, they think John Gotti, they think the mafia, they think organized crime. And no matter what you think of Donald Trump, nobody thinks he's John Gotti. Well, a few people do maybe. But so I think the prosecution, it could be a hard sell to convince the jury when the trial rolls around. She wants it to happen in six months. Good luck on that. To try to convince them this is a racketeering deal, you know, Georgia has a different kind of racketeering or Rico statute from the federal one. It's basically just a, if two of you get together and commit two crimes and you know you're doing a bad thing, then you're a racketeer. Well, you know, the categories, you know, the buckets, all these charges fall into, they have nothing to do with racketeering. |
