year, Dope El Segundo Times columnist a couple of years ago.

And she writes some dozies.

Her name is Anita Chabria.

She came, she's based in Sacramento.

She worked for the B as a member of its statewide investigative team

and previously covered criminal justice in city hall.

This woman is unbelievable melonhead.
