And as you probably heard in the news, Ford Motor Company is going to be putting AM radios in their 2024 models.

They had announced that in some models, there would be no AM radio.

They did it because of pressure from the federal government over the emergency broadcast system

and AM radio's role in promoting emergencies.

And I just got word that KFI is changing its format to all emergency radio.

In about an hour.

We just played the emergency broadcast signal test there.

So I guess we're getting ready for the switchover.

It's like you play a song over and over again and you're going to change formats.

You and I are going to sit here every day for three hours and just broadcast emergencies.

Remember Station did that years ago and they kept playing La Bamba. Da played it for 24 hours. Is that right? Yeah, until they changed format. It can be a very irritating song. You have to hear it twice. Imagine tuning in. It just keeps playing at a loop. Yeah, no, that song, I hated that song.

You did hate that.

I remember being a disjoggy play, man. I was like, oh, geez. The moist line, I was sure I remind you, it's coming back in three days, so, you know, we're equipped to take your calls. We're very modern A.m. station. We have an app. We have a phone. We have a phone in an app The IHeart radio app
