There's a Utah woman whose husband died over a year ago, and she then went out on a media tour around Salt Lake City,

promoting a book that she wrote about how to teach children to deal with grief and loss after

his death. They had several young sons together. Her name is Corey Richens. She's now been

charged with his murder. Fentinal poisoning. Let's bring on Alex Stone for more details on this

story. It's scary, isn't it, that your wife could poison you to death?

Well, and he apparently told a friend that he thought his wife was trying to kill him,

trying to poison him after they had a Valentine's Day dinner, and he became violently ill,

and he says passed out for a few hours and took Benadryl and his son's EpiPin and other things and survived that one. He told a friend,

if I die, she did it and that he thought that she was trying to get him in that dinner.

So why did he accept that Moscow mule in bed when she brought it to him?

And then, yeah, so her story was that they were celebrating a year ago. She made him a Moscow mule.

She brought it to him in bed.

He sat up, drank it in bed, went to bed.
