Yeah, but it's L.A. creates the problem for all the surrounding cities.

Well, I think part of the problem is it's the sheriff's department and there isn't really enough

for them to cover all the places they're supposed to cover.

But if Los Angeles would prosecute and throw everybody in jail, if they wouldn't put up with

any nonsense inside its borders, all the cities around Los Angeles would have been a much

healthier situation.
