Today's the second hour of us celebrating Mark Ridley Thomas going to federal prison.

Life doesn't get any sweeter than that.

He was convicted in a number of charges in his corruption case.

Really a special thanks to an FBI special agent by the name of Brian Atkins. He's a well-regarded

public corruption specialist who did the big investigation to put the case together against Ridley

Thomas. Can we get him on the air? I wonder if that's true, Ray Lopez.

I don't know if they can talk, though, since he's an FBI special agent.

Well, that's true.

And maybe because his case is being appealed or it will.

I'm expecting that happens soon.

I waited 24 years for this moment. The first time had any interaction with Mark Ridley Thomas, I just instinctively knew this guy's a crook. This guy's a crook. Oh, and remember, remember when he was in that scandal, when he was spending lots of taxpayer money on renovating his office? Yeah, when he first became a supervisor. Supervisor, yeah. I think that was 2008. He got elected

to the board of supervisors and immediately began spending money from his chest of the taxpayer money

on renovating his offices. And he got caught and it was a big scandal and he was all pompous and

it was just this big loud blowhard. You know, he's always being persecuted.
