Well, we're going to update you whenever we can about the high altitude object that was shot down near Alaska today.

It was not similar in size to the Chinese

surveillance balloon. It's being described as a size of a small car. We understand they may have

retrieved the object, but we have not learned anything new, at least from the stories I'm reading.

It was roughly 40,000 feet over Alaska. They said it posed a reasonable threat to civilian air traffic,

and the decision this time was made quickly to shoot it down.

And F-22 did do that a few hours ago.

So there's your update on the flying object over Alaska.
