Today was the funeral for the Riverside County Sheriff's Deputy Isaiah Cordero.

And he was killed by a guy that some idiot judge let off when she should have sentenced him to a three-strikes penalty and somehow gave him some freedom temporarily on bail.

And of course, he jumped bail.

It's a story that we've done too many times over the years, that somebody like this,

somebody really violent with a long criminal violent history, is let out on the streets.

It was a two-striker?

Should have been a three-striker, but that didn't happen.

So that's one of the reasons that this killer was out there to shoot the deputy to death.
