and the latest case against him was revealed. Jack Smith, the special counsel, who's in charge of

this investigation, said a grand jury had indeed indicted Trump on a series of charges, and it also

listed a number of co-conspirators. We believe, and it apparently has been confirmed by many number of co-conspirators we believe and it is apparently has been

confirmed by many the co-conspirator number two who will join us at 305 is none other than the

former chapman law dean john eastman and we had john on uh quite a few times over the years

was it mostly over the border stuff?

Well, whenever there was a constitutional law question, did a lot on the border.

As soon as Trump took over, Eastman would come on to explain why Trump's edicts were constitutional in his view.

And he, you remember, he helped us out one night on election night.

He was in here acting as a commentator. Oh, that's true. Yes. In this indictment,

in fact, you know what? We know two co-conspirators. We met Rudy Giuliani. Oh, we met him.

I think when you say no. Well, I mean, we met him.

I had a conversation with Giuliani. He was never a guest on the show, though. Yes, he was. Oh, he was? Yeah. That's when he was running for president. Yeah, I just don't remember him coming on the air. I remember meeting him at the fundraiser. He was on the phone. I think that's why we got invited to do the fundraiser.

Oh, okay.

So, yeah, we know two co-conspirators. It'll be interesting to talk to John Eastman because we're seeing stories today that at least one of Trump's lawyers has the expression go throwing him under the bus. It was his idea. Coming up with the schemes to overthrow the election.
