but we're actually going to begin with something we don't really talk about at all anymore

but we have to note these two stories. And it's COVID-19,

COVID-19, right? Remember that whole thing? Anyway, which began in late 2019 and, of course,

affected the world for a couple of years of all the lockdowns. Two things. The surprise story

that came out last night, kind of, and shows here just how far pulled back we are from all the fear and craze over COVID.

In and Outberger is prohibiting employees in five of their Western U.S. state locations from wearing masks at work unless they come up with a medical note from a doctor.

It goes into effect in August.

It's not going to be California.

They do want to touch the whole California, third rail, with the crazies in Sacramento.

I don't know.

No, maybe there's too many California customers who want to see masks.
