But LAPD has arrested a man for, well, he was arrested last week for killing his neighbor.

His name is Stefan Sutherland.

He's accused of killing his upstairs neighbor Jennifer Gomez,

who is shot multiple times in her own apartment on May 23rd.

Stefan Sutherland has a past.

He really has a past.

He almost stabbed a construction worker to death three years ago.
