We got big updates, the Long Beach man that ran over the bicyclist, the yard doctor in Orange County.

There's something there you've got to hear about.

And that public defender from Orange County who traveled to Mexico with his wife, also a public defender to celebrate their wedding anniversary, he died. And the Mexican officials are saying that he fell off a balcony. The wife

not buying that, and she's been doing some interviews, and we have some new information on the case.

That's all ahead. But we begin with one of John's favorite subjects the last two weeks,

the Chinese spy balloon.

Yeah, it turns out that the Chinese spy balloon is part of a network, a fleet of spy balloons

that have floated over 40 different countries over the years on most of the continents.

Yeah, right.

Apparently there's a whole program they have.

Somewhere and every minute of the day, there's a Chinese balloon.

And it may not come to anybody's surprise,

but they're giving us some information about what was found

in the wreckage of the Chinese spy balloonings,

which was shot down off of South Carolina.

And it wasn't a bunch of barometers and wind weather veins.

Wind meters.

No.

They weren't looking for wind speeds in Idaho.

It's a surveillance operation that they were carrying out.
