formula. If you don't have a baby, maybe you've been reading the stories as people that haven't had kids in years and decades even are weighing in on the baby formula shortage. With the latest on that is our ABC News correspondent Brian Clark and Brian, the store shelves are largely empty. You hear these anecdotal stories of someone that may have driven around to five or six stores before they were able to find any baby formula, they purchased the baby formula, and then I think

about the next person that then they show up, and it's not at that one either. Now they have to go

to eight or nine stores before they're able to find it. So this seems to be a real problem with

this formula shortage. What's our latest on this? Yeah, it's become a national problem from coast to coast, and you use a good word there

anecdotally, because we've heard for a while, you know, especially if you don't have kids

who are using formula, that, man, it's hard to find baby formula right now, but you kind of put

it back of the mind until you realize just how vital this stuff is, if you've got a small

child or somebody who

needs baby formula. So where we are right now is that there is really a nationwide shortage,

and a lot of that can be traced back to Abbott, which is one of the big four manufacturers

of baby formula in the U.S. having to take one of its facilities in Michigan offline and

having to recall a whole bunch of formula that

had been made there.
