I'm Michael Silverblad, and today I'm very proud to have as my guest, John Felstner,

who, as the product of a project of 20 years, has produced for Norton the selected poems and prose of Paul Ceylon.

This follows his biography, a literary biography of Paul Ceylon, poet survivor Jew,

which was published by the Yale University Press. Now, the first thing you're going to hear

is a very rare recording of Paul Sagan

reading Todas Fuga,

probably his most famous poem,

followed by John Faustiner

reading his translation of that poem.
