President John F. Kennedy, the youngest person ever elected to the presidency of the United States at just 43 years old, a record that still stands today. On the surface, he was picture perfect, youthful, handsome, full of life,

and ready to take on the presidency and lead this country out of the Cold War. But the truth is,

most things about his life, for his entire life, had been carefully curated or covered up.

There's a decent chance that had he not been killed in Dallas, Texas on November 22nd,

1963, had he not been assassinated, JFK would have died young regardless.

Kennedy battled several illnesses over his very short 46 years of life.

According to his little brother Bobby Kennedy, at least half of his days spent on this earth

were days of intense pain.

From the very beginning of his life, his mother rose worried that her perfect son would fall

short of her high expectations and the high expectations of their royal political family

Rose's father was a politician he was even elected mayor of Boston in the early 1900s

Rose grew up in the public eye and she became accustomed to the microscope that a political life puts on you.

Everything from weight to your teeth had to be perfect, and she passed these expectations down to her children.
