So I actually came across your story by way of my little sister who had actually read an

article that you wrote in the New York Times about your new book range. A generalist thrive in a specialized world. And she said, you should really talk to this guy. I think he'd have a lot to teach you, particularly because you're a creative. And so I went and looked at the article. I ordered the book immediately. And I thought, yes, this is absolutely a conversation we need to have. And I want to start with a question I think is really fitting given the subject matter of this book.

And that is, what did your parents do for a living?

And how did that end up shaping the choices that you made with your own life and career?

My parents are the law firm of Epstein and Epstein.
