0:00.0	This excess or deficient perspective is called elevated self-esteem or depressed
0:05.0	self-esteem, self-righteous, self-rauncious or inflated or deflated ego.
0:09.0	But whatever the names are, the synthesis of that is the authentic self.

0:20.0	Well, what we make out of it, each individual based on their needs and
0:28.0	needs and voids and their value structure is going to interpret their reality and
0:33.0	give the meaning that they perceive it to be.
0:37.0	So I don't know if there's a universal meaning other than the integration of all
0:44.0	pairs of opposites. That's about the only thing I could say.
0:47.0	The mean between us, Aristotle in his time said that there was an excessive
0:51.0	deficiency which were both vices and the mean was the mean between the two.
0:56.0	So any time we are excessive and going to pride or deficient, going to shame,
1:03.0	to extract meaning out of those experiences, we intuitively ask the question,
1:10.0	what are the downsides to when we're up and what are the upsides to when we're down
1:13.0	and bring ourselves back in the mean and we extract meaning out of our existence.
1:16.0	So, but I don't know if there's any universal meaning.
1:21.0	At Kemal said, you know, it's pointless to search for that, but it's wisdom
1:27.0	and looking inside yourself and find out how you perceive each experience is and what
1:32.0	meaning you can extract from it.
1:34.0	Why is it pointless to search for the meaning of life?
1:37.0	Well, for a universal meaning for every human being, I don't know.
1:41.0	We can speculate on it, but each person filters their reality according to what they value.
