Welcome to Radio Free Mormon. This is episode 366. Now once again we will be talking

tonight about the bankruptcy proceedings that Gen Camp has instituted in Tacoma, Washington,

and how those relate to the debt

that she owes to John Delin and OSF

for her defamation of them. The only debt that is in writing so far in that regard has to do with

attorney's fees. There were two separate orders that were entered prior to her filing for

bankruptcy back in early July of 2024 and those had to do with attorney's fees.

And I think that they are up around 70, between 70 and 80,000 dollars.

Those two attorney's fees orders that Gen Camp is ordered required unless bankruptcy says otherwise to pay to John Delin and OSF as attorney's fees to them.

It's not the actual damages on the case for defamation,

but attorney's fees, the judge ordered her to pay

because of all of her machinations and hiding evidence and making the OSF and John

the Lynn attorneys do so much more work than they would have had to do if she

hadn't been hiding everything and lying about it. That's basically what's going

on there. Now as you'll recall,

that case had been set after the judge, Judge Faust in Utah, had found as a matter of

law that Gen Camp had committed defamation.

That matter had been set for August of this year,
