music ever since. Let's get into the conversation. Well, we are thrilled to welcome to Sound Dependence

once again, John Kale. Once again, how lucky have we been, Greg, that we've been able to chat with

John several times. We even had a dinner, a sad opinion donor dinner. Oh man. That was a good night,

huh John? That was a good night, yeah. Mercy, wow, what a record. Ten years in the making. I hadn't

realized that until I was reading some of the bio stuff, because I remember we chatted with you

when Shifty Adventures in Nookie World came out, and now we have this new record that was ready to go,

and then the world ended, got delayed. Something like that, yeah. It took two and a half years.

Yeah. I was not sure I finished it, and after listening to it for a few months, and suddenly

lockdown happened, and it was the wrong place to try and put this thing together. Two and a half

years later, you've got all these other musicians that are in the picture. The other artist that came

into view, a lot of them I worked with before, but on the ground, I was familiar with a lot of those

musicians. I was really happy to work with them again. So they all brought their own style with them.
