You are a full-fledged member and we love having you as our member because you bring so

much to the party. Thank you for inviting me. That's gracious, but of course that's the

topic of what your expertise is. Your third book on the topic of grace is just out

called Grace Under Pressure. You are a well-established author written, gosh, 16 plus books.

John, let's before we talk about grace and the topic of grace as relates to leadership

in the workplace. Well, you rewind a couple of years and decades and maybe we orient our
