All right, what book of the Bible are we in this morning? What book of the Bible we in?

John, it's been I think 34 weeks.

I went to public school, so I'm not really good with numbers,

but it's around 34 weeks we've been in John John's Gospel and we are going to take a break starting next week.

Jump into the Spirit Field Jesus series. We'll pick John up again in January, John 17 and study the crucifixion,

death barrel resurrection of Jesus all the way

heading to Easter season.

And as you open your Bible to John 16,

what's really interesting is you start to read the

I love you I love the Lord I love the Bible I love teaching you the Bible so thank you

for letting me do that I actually became a Christian reading the Bible in

college and one of the first things you realize when you start studying the Bible in college and one of the first things you realize when you start

studying the Bible is that God knows the future and God predicts the future and when

God predicts the future everything happens exactly as God promises and in the Bible we call that

prophecy and about 25% of the Bible was prophetic in nature predicting future

events when it was written and so what we're seeing today in John chapter 16,

it's prophetic.
