Who is very excited to receive an uplifting, motivating word from God today?

Well, I hate to tell you then, you've come to the wrong place.

I've got a hard word for you.

Today's going to be a wonderfully painful day for you.

I love you with all my heart.

This is a great church and I'm glad to be here.

And we at the Trinity Church for the better part of this year have been going through John's Gospel.

And this week I was supposed to teach in John chapter 13.

And I'm going to do that here.

And we're going to livestream it back to my home church.

For most of you, I'm not your pastor.

Someone else has that great and tremendous honor.

But today I'm asking you to give me a great courtesy and favor.

And for 40 minutes, just let me be your pastor for a little bit.

And I want to enter in with you looking at this intersection of the most terrific person

in the history of the world, Jesus Christ, and the most tragic person in the history of the world,

Judas Iscariot.
