were seduced into the world of horror.

It is often said, including by me,

that people drawn to fictional terrors

are often outsiders, the ones who like Carrie White

would be unlikely prom kings and queens.

But in the mainstreaming of the horror genre, that's not nearly as true as it used to be.

Horror is everywhere you look in media these days, for better and for worse, franchised, spoofed in TV commercials,

merchandise, made and remade, handled, packaged, and made palatable for the masses. Do you consume most of your genre films on video?

How? On commercial television, VOD or BitTorrent? Or do you wait for Netflix? And if so,

do you watch them on your big screen TV your tablet or your phone?

Do you buy, rent or pirate them or do you see them in the theater?

Do you watch older films, movies in black and white?

What are your top genre films, movies in black and white?

What are your top genre films, new or old?

Do you read horror novels, consume genre, graphic novels, and comics?
