0:36.0	Joel? I'm doing wonderful. Thanks a lot. It's a privilege to be here with you.
0:42.0	Oh, you're more than welcome. Let's jump right into it. What is CIG-LO and what do you guys do?
0:48.0	Ah, that's a good question. So CIGLO is a blockchain protocol that we are launching for digital and financial inclusion.
0:57.0	Digital meaning getting people more connected and thereby allowing them to start participating more in financial transactions and stuff online that many people are still excluded from since they're not connected in a consistent way.
1:12.0	So it's kind of a bridge to bring more people into the process or into the mix?
1:17.0	Yeah, that's exactly right.
1:19.0	So, you know, I mean, if you look at the statistics, there's a huge portion of the world that still doesn't have access to
1:25.3	internet. But then you have this other huge portion of the world is kind of the where we're starting
1:30.9	out, although ultimately we want to see everybody connected.
1:33.4	But that's people that have connectivity, they usually have a smartphone, usually an
1:38.3	Android device, but they live in a part of the world where they use what's called prepaid credit or top-ups.
1:46.6	And I don't know how much you've traveled, but whenever I travel to a new country, the first
1:50.4	thing I do is I go buy a little sim card to my phone and put it in there
1:53.2	And then I have to top it up at a little store a little stand and then I have a couple bucks worth of credit
1:58.1	I burn through it and I go back for more well 73% of the, that's how they connect on their mobile devices.
2:06.3	The end result being that they have a very inconsistent connectivity.
