You know, first things first, what was it like being named one of the finals for NFL for

the tech really? Yeah, just super humbling, super thankful, and, you know, got to shout out Dionne

Dawkins for kind of being the engine, the driving force. And, you know, Roger Goodell and the NFL

for creating this award. So it's really cool. And, you know, very humbling to, you know,

shine light on our position.

And it's just an honor to be mentioned along the current players that are, you know, also finalists

and, you know, the panelists, the judges that made the decisions, just to be in that conversation is amazing and very thankful.

Is that an overdue award you think, or do you think Lyman are okay staying in the behind

the scenes of the hookah? Well, it's kind of a double-edged sword because, you know, I don't think

most of the line guys don't like recognition, but I still think it is, it's great to honor people

that don't always get the limelight. So it kind of goes both ways, but, you know, I think it's

great to, yeah, to celebrate it though.

The Bears' offensive line became one of the positives this year.

How did that chemistry come about so quickly?

Yeah, I think, you know, I think it started all back in April, OTAs.

You know, when we all came together, you know, we're all new, you know, a lot of new guys in the room, new coach, new staff, new players. So I think just I'm really proud of, you know, the hard work and the determination we have. Just grinding together all those, you know, days, turn into weeks, turn into months. And, yeah, just the persistence. And, yeah yeah how about playing next to

Drew Goldman who's here at the pro bowl as well for sure yeah he's such a tough

smart really good football player and you know he knows the offense inside and

out and great resource to have you know just talking about the game and you know

always communicating you know me and him you know

after everything and so he made a lot he made my life a lot easier on a lot of things so really

appreciative playing next to him how did the offensive line kind of come together in creating that
