This was about 8 o'clock. This is what we know so far.

Police were called to this home on Boylan Street in Brownsville, Brooklyn, about 8 o'clock this morning.

They were investigating a homicide.

Somebody from inside that building started shooting at officers.

Officers started firing back.

They hit one of the officers.

He was rushed to Brookdale

Hospital in the back of a police cruiser. We just got information that he's in stable condition

expected to survive. So that's the good news. No, we don't know, but I'm sure we'll find out.

I'll find out all this, Delaney. So that person who shot at the officer is still barricaded in the building. So it's a volatile scene, yeah, right now. Just one shooter? So far, that's what we know.
