Yeah, so I do want to go in order and get your thoughts and we'll go through it. So through Joe Shane's

opening statement in his first two questions, he mentions how results aren't acceptable.

Main priority is to support my Kafka through the final four games of the year,

mentions the departure of Dable and Bowen,

mentioned the good young core and how he still believes in their process.
