Joe Sandor, a budding yoga instructor who recently discovered the podcast, sent J an intriguing email and he thought it would be fun to bring him on to talk about it. 1:32.9	always had like a lot of natural physical ability i was never like bad in sports i was pretty good
1:38.0	and i think if i had applied myself i could have excelled but i never did i just I just, I was never into sports. I was like a drama
1:46.5	kid, always. And my freshman year of high school, I couldn't do the sixth period drama class.
