that even when some of the things in this world that we enjoy are taken away, is he's still good?

And not just good.

Is he still enough?

And he's more than enough.

And that's the call to when, especially when we walk through challenging times, right, to press in and really believe he's better than all the best things of this world put together.

Those difficult days become a gift in God's hand. Not that they're easy. That's kind of the whole point.

They're really hard. But they lead us to a deeper satisfaction or a deeper contentment or a deeper

joy, a deeper realization of who he is and how he is better than everything in our lives.

when I think of David Platt, I think this is actually the perfect show for him to come on. And so,

I was excited when your book came across my desk because I thought, yes, yes, this makes sense to have David Platt on my show.

I feel like you're kind of the perfect guest for this show because of this show's mission,

my personal mission, your personal mission.

So I'm really excited.

I love when I get to sit down with someone that I feel like is radically passionately seeking God in his life or her life and walking that
