Thank you. know how this goes. Jesus, honesty, and straight talk. Let's go. There's something very humbling about watching people worship God who rely on him differently than those of us who maybe often take him for granted. I remember when I

spoke in Honduras a few years ago, the women who came, many of them, had walked over an hour,

some of them carrying babies on their hip on really imperfect roads, needless to say, that just to

worship God. When you think of someone like

Compassion International, you might think of kids who need food or education, and it does provide

those things.

But the greatest thing it provides as a way for them to come to know Christ.

There is an urgency and a hunger in so many places to know the Lord. There's an

openness. And in their lack, they long for him. One of the best things providing sponsorship does

is extending the Great Commission, which is our call. That's our commission as believers in Jesus Christ. And as we sponsor a child

with compassion, we give them an opportunity to hear more and come to know Christ. If you want
