I'm Lisa Whittle, and welcome to Jesus Over Everything, affectionately known as Joe, a short

practical podcast where we will not be perfect, we will be honest, and we will talk a lot

about Jesus along the way.

I interrupt your Monday to bring you some of the most exciting news I've

ever brought you before. Today is the culmination of a lot of prayers, plans, and preparation

that has gone into a launch of something I've been dying to tell you about. Ministry Strong Online is

officially here. If you've been around for any length of time, you've heard me talk

about Ministry Strong, a ministry I founded in 2017 to help strengthen and restore ministry

leaders to serve Jesus for the long haul. That's the goal. We've had retreats and all-day

coaching intensives, but we knew based on the fact that we have ministry friends from

all over the world who can't get to one of these, and they're small and number on purpose.

The retreats are that we needed to be able to reach people on a broader scale, especially in

this day and time where ministry leaders need encouragement, need strength, need restoration in such a deeper way. And so, Ministry

Strong Online was the right next move in 2021. And that's where we are. So stay with me. I'm about to

tell you all the exciting details. We are open as a community as of today.

Today is the official opening of Ministry Strong.

You probably know the backstory as to why Ministry Strong was born, but quickly, just in case you don't,

when my father died in April of 2017, the Lord posed to me this question in my heart, what are you doing with all you know? I knew

innately it was related to what all I knew about the ministry and watching my own father,

a pastor for over 35 years, struggle with his identity and feeling insanely stretched beyond his

abilities, the loneliness of having the pastor's family life and being the leader in charge
