affectionately known as Joe's Friday Friend, where everyone I sit down and talk with is either an old or a new friend of mine.

Well, what kind of intro do you give for such a familiar, beloved guest as my dear

friend and ministry partner, Allie Worthington. If you've been around Joe for any length of time,

you've heard from her before, but Ali is a best-selling author, speaker, and business coach

who runs a coaching community for writers and speakers called Called Creatives with me. Her new book, Standing

Strong, is her best writing yet. So good, so many meaty nuggets, and I talk to her about the

parts I love the most. What does it mean to partner with God? What's the distinction between

our purpose and our mission? How do we truly gain confidence? I ask Allie about all these things in our conversation

and, of course, because we are truly dear friends. We have plenty of fun, too.
