When I say the name of our guest today, you might just recognize it. Paula Ferris, a well-known and

beloved on-air reporter for ABC News and former co-anchor of Good Morning America Weekend and former

co-host of The View. But make no mistake, there are things you probably don't know. We dive into

some of those, many of which are in her new really good book called out, like the

personal career struggles she faced, and she and I talked about our dads. Paula shared

personal things about her father who went to heaven, and we got into something we both find

extremely important. Why what you do simply cannot be where you find your identity. I really love my

conversation with Paula. I found it to be rich and deep and yes, Jesus filled. Paula is a Jesus

lover through and through and it is my joy to welcome her today to Jen.

So Paula, it is such a true joy to get to talk to you today.

And I'm going to be honest, I record my shows, you know, in advance.

And usually I try to do it, you know, a good bit in advance so we can get ahead of it and have a great show for everyone listening.

I have to be honest and say that, you know, we're in the middle of the quarantine right now of COVID-19.

And so that puts us in a weird spot.

And even this morning, and I admitted this to you off air, my brain

is in a little bit of a weird spot. And here's where my struggle is. I struggle with the podcast

to even know what to talk about in some ways, because I don't know where we're going to be by the

time this show airs. And so here's what I want to ask you, because I know that know where we're going to be by the time this show airs.

And so here's what I want to ask you, because I know that you also, amongst what you do with TV, which we're going to talk about in a minute, but I know you also have a podcast.
