an issue for a ton of us, isn't it? Feeling like you have to say something over and over again

to make a point or to make sure someone understands you or agrees with you. One explanation would have sufficed or maybe none at all,

but you catch yourself repeating this behavior

friend to be mad at you. So you send them a long text saying you can't come to their party and then
