I want to dive in even deeper today and talk about some things that are key and vital to this process that maybe we don't talk about as much. So let's get into it.

Anne Graham Lott's amazing Bible teacher and daughter of Billy Graham, join me on Tuesday

for an incredible show about experiencing the Holy Spirit as a constant companion in our lives.

It's interesting to hear from someone who

has such a heritage of faith. Grew up with Ruth and Billy Graham, traveled the world herself,

and preached the gospel, and now writes this book about the intimate power of the Holy Spirit,

particularly in this season of her life. I was moved by this thought, knowing how long she's

journeyed with Jesus, because the reality is

we can journey with Jesus for a long time and still be surprised by him, as if we've never really

known him. I love that about Jesus. It's the glorious mystery, I think, of following someone so deep

and so complex. And yet at the same time, he's so attainable. And that's really what

Anne's message is all about, that when Jesus left this earth, he left us with two things,

remember the Bible and the Holy Spirit, both by which to guide us as we travel through this life.

The Holy Spirit in particular is our companion, the one in which we not only walk closely with,

but who provides us with wisdom as our counselor, the one who tells us what to do and how to do it and when. Now, let's
