and I welcome you to just five minutes with me, which I trust and pray will be five minutes well spent.

I was first introduced to my guest host today, Tiffany Kilgore, by her beautiful

word sign art in the House of Belonging. She's made several custom signs for me that hang on some

of your walls, and her work there not only was sign art by many other beautiful things, is

simply breathtaking. Tiffany is an artist and a word curator, but I know her as a heart friend and a diehard

Jesus follower. So when she asked me to read and endorse her book, Miss Fit Table, it was an easy yes

for me. I love this woman. Her childlike faith after a difficult journey and so many years

traveling through life really inspires me. So much in her book is beautiful and all of it

points me to Jesus. But I asked her to read a small portion of it today in a chapter called

Invisible because who among us doesn't feel like we aren't heard or seen and wonder if we

even matter at all sometimes? Listen as Tiffany puts worse to this, as she remembers being

eight again and feeling invisible as she's shuffled from home to home. But wait for the end of

the story as Jesus, the true theme in Tiffany's life is there. You're going to live with your dad and stepmom.

My mom says this before a giant invisible hand reaches down my throat and strangles me,

telling me to shut up.

I gasp for air.

I can't exhale.

I can't breathe.

I can't say anything.

Panic dumps my thoughts out like marbles.
