Hi, and welcome to Jesus Over Everything, a five-day-a-week variety show that mixes encouragement, the Bible, practical how-toes, and fantastic guests for the listener on the go. I'm Lisa Whittle, and I welcome you to just five minutes with me, which I trust and pray will be five minutes well spent. Well, hey there, my friends, and happiest of Fridays to you. I'm really excited about the show today because I think

0:21.2

it's a show a lot of you will love. I want to help you get some insight into you. With the crazy

0:27.0

popularity of the Enneagram and personality tests always being interesting to us, I think. Today's show

0:32.5

is going to further help. Here's why I find that important. Sometimes it's hard for us to see ourselves as we

1:22.2

into us, trusted family members and friends, maybe even coworkers, potentially neighbors, some

1:27.4

questions so we can

1:28.6

assess how others view us, because how others view us can either help or hinder our influence.

1:35.1

So let's get into it. Number one, how do I make you feel? This is sort of a big question I know,

1:41.1

but we make people feel certain types of way when we are with them.

1:45.2

Maybe you bring joy to people. Maybe you remind them of Jesus. Maybe when you ask this question,

1:49.9

it won't be the answer you necessarily want, but it's a really important question to ask people

1:54.5

because you might have heard this statement. People won't remember what you did or what you said,

1:59.9

but they will remember how you made them feel.

2:03.2

So ask them this question. Number two, what is my contribution to this world? It's important to

2:10.7

hear what other people perceive as your strong points and gifts. Sometimes we need others to call out
