All right, so who doesn't want to be a bright light, a joy bringer in someone's life?

I think we all do, right?

But what qualities does that really require?

On today's Friday 5, I thought about the things that make people I consider bright lights.

Bright, and that's how I compiled my list.

So yeah, that means that some of you listening might have just inspired these.

Women in Leadership, one of my all-time highest downloaded shows,

which was inspired by her five-word prayer, what it was like to Ray Strong-willed, me, all of it. But as I was thinking

about her and other people in my life that had been and remained lights in my life, I started

thinking about what made them so, what it takes to be a bright light, and here are some

things I came up with for the Friday 5.

First of all, they think about others' needs first.

I get that we aren't all given the spiritual gift of service, but no matter what our personality

is, Jesus can help us desire to put others before ourselves.

That is a spirit quality all of us can have, and the bright lights I've had in my
