Oh, we made it to Friday. I never get tired of weekend feels, do you? Man, Fridays are pretty high on my list,

0:22.0

and today's Friday 5 is a good one for us, I think, especially if you heard Monday show about

0:26.6

that God perspective, seeing things from the right lens. How do we even do that? Well, the Friday

0:32.4

5 is here with some practical help, so let's go. So let's go. So let's go. So let's get into it. We want God's lens, not ours, his

0:44.1

perspective, not the way we've been seeing it. What do we do? Here are some things I think will help.

0:48.8

Number one, assess. Assess the moment, the issue, the thing we're seeing in a certain way. Do other people see it the

1:28.6

where we are with everything and then asking ourselves, and by the way, maybe even asking another

1:32.8

person, sometimes that's a good thing to do too. But we ask this, is this an issue from my past?

1:38.3

Is an issue from my past that is not healed coloring the way I see this. And I think often when we take that step back

1:46.5

and we ask that question, we'll find that in many cases, yes, it is. Number three, read, read the

1:54.6

word. What does the greatest guidebook on earth tell you about where your lens is right now? What would

2:00.0

God see himself in this situation?

2:03.3

There's really no bypassing the information you find in the word for how to have God's perspective.

2:09.1

Go straight to the source to find out. I mean, it is our wealth of information. It is our greatest
